Economic Value of Skills Development for India

Abstract

The value-creation is an important purpose and objective of any economic system. The economic well being‘ being a key component parameter of inclusive development is further achieved by ensuring the healthy interactions between the men, means, and machines within an economic system. Men, being the producers at the same time being the consumers are the epicenter of any economic system. The development and better utilization of this segment of the economic system are highly important. And, this highly important segment has been the subject of mass-production of research & development related studies worldwide. India being the second largest country having an abundance of this segment of the economic system can do a lot to make full use of the potential it has. And, this paper enlists how skills development can ensure that.
