About the Author
Dr. Aasim Mir [MBA (Gold Medalist), UGC-NET, PhD] is currently working as Sr. Assistant Professor in School of Management Studies, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri (J&K). He has also done a certificate course in Entrepreneurship from Harvard University (USA) and a certificate course in Strategic Management from IIM Bangalore. The author has an experience of nine years of teaching. He has participated and presented papers in many national and international conferences and seminars and to his credit are many research papers published in several refereed national and international journals.
