Leadership is essential and an integral part of any business. Entrepreneurial ventures need to be managed in the best possible way given the things at stake. Good leadership is a vital skill here to ensure that the entrepreneurial venture is a success. Transformational leadership and its understanding will always be one of the vital skills an entrepreneur will need. This chapter puts light on the leadership skills and their importance for an entrepreneurial enterprise.
